Sales Tax
All Florida residents must pay sales tax in the amount of 7.00%.
Our products are manufactured, assembled and shipped from Florida.
Shipping Time
Almost all of our products and most autographed items are not mass
produced like most other sources.
Our products are produced to order, so from the time we receive
and process the order, pieces may take up to 2-3 business days to
ship. This time may vary depending on the time of year and order
backlog.
Same day/Next
day shipping is also an option as a special request.
We inspect and wrap each item individually by hand, with the highest
quality packaging materials to Help protect your item during transit.
Return & Damaged Policy
We must be notified of any damages or shortages within 48 hour
receipt of product in order to obtain a return authorization. Returned
authorizations are processed through customer service.
Custom orders may not be
returned unless we have made an error or the item has been damaged
in transit.
You may return an item in its original condition and shipping
packaging within 15 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase
price (minus shipping and handling charges) or receive a credit
on a future order.
All refused orders and returns are subject to a (15%) restocking
fee.
A Return Authorization number is necessary to process all returns.
To return an item, follow these steps:
- Before you do anything, send an email to

with details about your order and stating the
reason for the return,
- A Customer Service representative will reply by email with
a Return Authorization number and instructions on handling authorized
returns.
Non-Authorized Returns
Items that are shipped back to us without following the above policy
will be refused!
Please Note: It is the customers responsibility to pay the
return freight.
International Orders
Because of increased internet fraud, we are requiring proof of card
ownership for ALL NEW International orders. Before we process any
NEW INTERNATIONAL ORDERS we must have a copy of the credit card
statement with the name and address of the customer the order is
being billed to on file.
